Translation and Interpreter services, English-French, on electrical engineering subjects. (NOTE: I would describe myself as almost, but not quite, fluent in French. Because of my electrical engineering background, I would (in the appropriate circumstances) be a better choice than some professional interpreters who have total fluency but who lack the technical knowledge. I have experience of dealing with French engineers on site in their own language. My formal qualification is an A Level in French, gained as an adult in 1987.)

* The jobs marked with an asterisk may sometimes require the use of a high accuracy meter calibration instrument, such as the Hamburger T3-P. For work outside mainland Great Britain, the customer would be expected to provide this equipment. In some instances, the customer might also need to provide a three-phase voltage/current injector.

I am willing to work at any Power Station, anywhere in Great Britain, Northern Ireland or the Irish Republic. Providing it does not involve a permanent posting abroad of more than six months, I am also willing to undertake work at any overseas site.
